Orientation: east and west. Altitude: 520 – 550 metres. Harvest: hand picking.
Winemaking process: spontaneous fermentation for 15 days in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: in tanks, breeding on fine dregs for 5 months.
Production: 6.000 bottles.
Evolution: 1-2 years.
