Location: Valtuille de Abajo.

Soil: sand, clay with stone and pebble.

Orientation: all.

Altitude: 520 – 550 metres.

Harvest: hand picking.

Winemaking process: traditional treading of 1/3 of the grapes and contribution of 2/3 of destemmed grapes. Spontaneous fermenta­ tion for 15 days in open 500-litre french oak barrels.

Aging: 12 months in used french oak barrels.

Barrel: 500-litre frech oak barrels.

Production: 600 bottles.

Evolution: 10 years.
