Grape: 100% Mencía.

Vineyards age: 45-55 years old.

Location: Valtuille de Abajo.

Soil: clay with stone and pebble.

Orientation: east and west. Altitude: 520 – 550 metres. Harvest: hand picking.

Winemaking process: spontaneous fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: 2 months in stainless steel tanks breeding on fine dregs and 2 months in bottle racks.

Production: 80.000 bottles.

Evolution: 3 years.
