Grape: 100% Mencía.

Vineyards age: 45-55 years old.

Location: Valtuille de Abajo.

Soil: clay with stone and pebble.

Orientation: east and west. Altitude: 520 – 550 metres. Harvest: hand picking.

Winemaking process: spontaneous fermentation for 15 days in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: 7 months in French oak barrels and 5 months in bottle racks.

Production: 15.000 bottles.

Evolution: 5 years.
