Soil: clay with stone and pebble.
Altitude: 520 – 550 metres. Harvest: hand picking.
Winemaking process: spontaneous fermentation for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Maceration: 10-15 days.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels and 15 months in bottle racks.
Production: 6.000 bottles.
Evolution: 10-15 years.
