Soil: clay with stone and pebble.
Altitude: 520 – 550 metres. Harvest: hand picking.
Winemaking process: spontaneous fermentation for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Maceration: 10-25 days.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle racks.
Production: 15.000 bottles.
Evolution: 8-10 years.
